1. Summary
We would like to seek approval from the Governance Council for utilizing the allocated funds from KCF budget, as approved under the KGP-12, to make payments via KLAY for the designated items. The purpose of these payments is to support the development of services, enhance infrastructure, attract developers, and provide several liquidities aligning with the objectives of the Klaytn Community Fund.
Specifically, a total of five projects will be funded, with two projects receiving a fixed amount of KLAY and the remaining three projects receiving a variable amount of KLAY. The precise expenditure of KLAY will be transparently disclosed in quarterly reports.
And starting this month, Klaytn Foundation will carry out voting for each of five agenda items, allowing the Governance Council to voice their opinions through individual votes on each item. This step is aimed at enhancing transparency and fostering constructive discussions.
